We The People....

...are having a party!!!!  June 12, 2012 is the primary for South Carolina.  Get out and vote for those people you think will uphold the constitution and make this country stand for the ideals our founding fathers penned in the Bill of Rights.  Once you vote it is not time to rest; that is when we learn who we have to support through November.  We have to work hard for them and support them.
The Bill of Rights was drafted to protect us from tyranny and oppression in the forms of groups that did not have the best of interest for the people at heart.  Many people disagree on how to achieve this purpose, however we all agree that progress must be made if we as a nation will provide to our children what is owed to them.  Those that place their self-interest ahead of their nation can be as dangerous as those enemies who overtly attack America.

We must work together to vote against those who try to oppress the American Dream.  The ten amendments are the founding fathers commandments to liberate this nation from oppression.  From the freedom of speech and the right to bear arms, to the right of a jury trial and state deference were meant to free the people from the bondage of government.  Each amendment must be protected as are the Ten Commandments.  God’s Ten Commandments have not changed in 2,000 years and our Founding Father’s Ten Amendments are still the same after 300 years.  Who you elect must be willing to represent you in defending God and our founding Fathers.

We are celebrating for those people that stand up to protect our rights should be applauded.  They are true representatives, win or lose, of the ideals of this nation.  Abraham Lincoln, a Republican, never won an election until the presidency, but he was forever a representative of the people.  Martin Luther King, Jr., the civil rights advocate, was a Republican and forever a representative of the people.  Finally, four of the first six presidents were Republican-Democrats, there were no separate parties – they were representatives of the people.

Come out to celebrate our representatives and help me kick off my Win With Winslow campaign to be your representative.  Our campaign kick off party is on June 15, 2012, 7pm, at 111 Broad Street.  I would love to have you all there!  It will be a great time and I'll be answering any questions y'all may have.  Hope to see you!
