Return the Money
Tom Winslow calls on Carl Anderson to return the taxpayer’s money for his improper use of an Airplane to fly from Columbia to Georgetown.
GEORGETOWN – House Seat 103 Candidate Tom Winslow called on Carl Anderson to return to the tax payers $935 he spent on using the state plane on a flight from Columbia, SC to Georgetown, SC for the groundbreaking of his place of business, St. Stephens Church on March 14, 2012.
“It’s troubling that Carl Anderson would knowingly take the taxpayer’s hard earned money and even after it is reported refuse to return that money. With better planning and financial responsibility Carl could have simply made the 3 hour drive like most of us do.” Tom Winslow said.
“It’s ironic that a few days after this practice, Carl Anderson would be seen at an event with Nikki Haley who just had to return close to $10,000 in tax payer funds for the improper use of the state plane. As a Representative of the people, I call on Carl to immediately return the funds to the taxpayers and I promise to always value every hard earned dollar that the people I represent have to pay in taxes.“
Tom Winslow faces Incumbent Carl Anderson on the November 6th election for SC House of Representatives District 103.
